We all contain multitudes…

And so does my work! I am Aaron Flicker, PhD, MSW, LICSW, an evaluator, clinical social worker, and systems change leader working to make public systems more equitable. By day, I lead population health, research, community engagement, and health equity work within Minnesota’s public sector. I also consult, practice, write, and speak.

Consulting Practice

Equity-centered evaluation and systems strategy through Flicker Consulting.

Clinical
Practice

Neurodiversity-affirming assessments, groups, and leadership cohorts for autistic and ADHD adults.

Across my work, whether it is supporting public systems change or working directly with neurodivergent adults, I am interested in the relationship between people, systems, power, identity, and belonging.

My work is grounded in implementation science, evaluation, theory, behavioral health, and lived experience navigating systems that often struggle to hold complexity well. I believe sustainable change requires both structural transformation and a deeper understanding of the human experiences inside those systems.
